Welcome to Community Builders!
Stepping in to help someone who is being bullied, excluded or targeted by oppression isn't easy for anyone - children or adults. Through our unique "Train the Trainer" programs, Community Builders gives young people, teachers, administrators and parents the capacity and confidence to effectively stand up for others.

Community Builders is a not-for-profit organization established in 1994 to help foster inclusive and equitable school communities. Our programs give participants concrete skills to create a school culture where caring is cool and everyone counts and everyone belongs.

At Community Builders, we believe that young people have the initiative and power to lead the way to change.

June 2008 Update: Join Our Summer Fundraising Program

Another school year has finished. At Community Builders, our student leaders around Ontario have wrapped up the activities that they have undertaken this year to make their schools more caring places.

We need your help to put these programs back in schools this fall! Support us by making a donation of $50, $100, $500, $1000 (or your preferred amount) by July 7, 2008 - when we will begin to make decisions about next year programs. Our goal is to raise $45,000 this month and together we can do it!
