Stepping in to help someone who is being bullied, excluded or targeted by oppression isn't easy for anyone - children or adults.

Community Builders is a not-for-profit, charitable organization established in 1994 to build leadership capacity in school communities. We train students, teachers and parents in anti-bullying, social inclusion, equity and conflict resolution, while raising their awareness of racism, sexism, classism, and other forms of oppression.

The goal is to build schools of allies, where every student and every family has a sense of safety and belonging.
